Breakout 1 - Experiential disclosure exercise for partner:
take all those questions that were develeoped from.. homework bring them to the breakout room and vetting their quesitons.
Tip: Have participant worksheets "at the ready." This could help save time from, them looking for it. Be prepared to share your screen if needed.
Goal ASAP
Once you enter the breakout room, please aim to assign roles as soon as possible.1. Assign a partner2. Assign partner guideTip: If quiet too long, please gently inform that roles will be assigned at random. Tip: It's okay to "change roles" from what the person usually works with. Example: If usually a discloser guide, try being a partner guide.

1- Partner profile will be provided. Use this information to run this room. 2- Vetting partner questions. -Prepare for partner regulation: *Fight response *Flight response *Freeze response: brace + push through collapse
Reminder / nudges:
*Okay to remind them on the KRP model, a gentle reminder even if they've had disclosure experience.*Okay to steer away and right to "We will just go with whatever questions they have." This is a process, please refer to the vetting process.
