Homework
Homework helps trainees review the training content, prepare for experiential exercises, and develop a better understanding of the material from that day. Homework may address both content knowledge and behavioral truth. It is also intended to prepare trainees for upcoming role-plays.
For example,
omework 2 is not simply an assignment to complete and leave at home.
Trainees should bring their prepared partner questions into Breakout rooms, where they will practice vetting those questions using the vetting guide.
*Each trainee is expected to prepare for both the partner and discloser perspectives, not just the side they may "normally work with." From previous trainings, this has been proven to be the most helpful way to complete this training.
*Trainees should write down their reactions to the training and reflect on stabilization.
This reflection helps them consider the importance of stabilization and how it may affect the disclosure process.
